I’ve already answered these hypothetical doomsday questions on my FAQ page:
- What if Trump finds a way to cancel or postpone the election?
- How long will it take to repair all the damage Trump has done?
- What if Trump refuses to concede and leave the White House after he loses?
- What if Trump declares martial law and sends soldiers to all the polling places and shuts down the election? Or what if Trump mobilizes his supporters into militias to terrorize the polling places?
- “I am really worried Trump will pardon himself and all his co-conspirators!” or: “They will all get away with it and none of them will suffer any consequences.”
- What if Trump ties the election results up in the court and it drags on forever and meanwhile he refuses to leave the White House.
- What if DeJoy destroys Democratic ballots before they can be delivered?
