3/ summary cont: Unlike with the Watergate & Clinton investigations, there are no clear regs. that Mueller must give his findings to Congress (i.e. he may file sealed indictments to be opened when DJT leaves office.)
4/ paraphrase cont: This Congress is not likely to impeach and remove. Evidence from Mueller of criminal activity, instead of persuading R’s to impeach, may ignite more resistance/rebellion among the right.
