5 / Another possible problem: NDAs are not enforceable to keep someone silent about criminal activity (and there have been multiple reports that Trump is talking to witnesses about their statement.
6/ Also contracts are not enforceable if against public interest. No doubt there are others. All you need is one (i.e. lack of consideration) for the K to fall apart and not be enforceable.
7/ Someone asked if there is an arbitration clause. The reporter didn’t say. I’m pretty sure POTUS cannot force people into arbitration.Federal employment procedures would no doubt control disputes.
