Mueller indictments

Quick summary of the agreements and Indictments filed so far in the Mueller probe. With such a wide-ranging probe, I think an overview is helpful. As more are filed, I’ll add them. If you want more info, including links, it’s here

1/ Papadopoulos, guilty plea, 10/5/17 (false statements) On 4/26/16 he learned from Kremlin agent that Russians had “dirt” on HRC in form of emails. He passed the info onto the campaign. 3 other Trump officials unnamed in indictment.

2/ Flynn, guilty plea, 12/1/17 (false statements) Under supervision of Trump team “official” (reported to be Kushner) he negotated sanctions with Russia during the transition.

3/ Richard Pinedo, guilty plea, 2/12/18 (identity theft) Stole identities and sold them to Russians to help with the disinformation campaign.

4/ 13 Russians & 3 Russian Co. Indicted (conspiracy to defraud U.S.) Facts show a sweeping & and well-financed Russian conspiracy to spread disinformation and sway the 2016 presidential election. Unnamed defendants “other political activists,” are probably American.

5/ Alex van de Zwaan, guilty plea, 2/20/18 (false statements) Lied about communications with both Trump staffers and pro-Putin agents. Shows that highly placed Trump campaign officials were in secret communication with pro-Putin agents.

6/ Manafort and Gates Indictment, 2/22/18 32 counts of conspiracy against the U.S., bank fraud, tax fraud, money laundering (basically they were cheating left and right) Crimes occurred through January 2017, while Manafort then Gates were heading Trump’s campaign.

7/ Gates, guilty plea, 2/23/2018 Pleaded guilty to multiple counts of tax fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering. Acted (with Manaford) as unregistered agents of the pro-Putin government of Ukraine.

8/ Manafort and Kilimnik (indictment, 6-8-2018) Obstruction of Justice (witness tampering), Conspiracy against the U.S. (through 2017—when Manafort was managing Trump’s campaign), failing to register as a foreign agent, conspiracy to launder money, and making false statements.
